Quick Setup

4. Quick Setup

This chapter guides you through the basic set up of your DP-P2 so that

you can utilise its basic features. In order to utilize the advanced

features of the DP-P2, refer to Chapter 9 “Advanced Setup”.

1. Start Quick Setup

If A/V and antenna connections are complete, press the

STANDBY

button to start. The front display will show “Welcome”, “Loading” and

“Start” successively.

When you turn on the DP-P2 for the first time, it will start up in the

setup menu automatically and show “Service Scan” on the front display.

NOTE



If digital broadcasting services have been previously stored on the

DP-P2, the front display will show a service name e.g. “TEN Digital”.
